📚 Studiyo Library – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Studiyo – a premium network of study libraries designed for focused learning. To ensure a smooth, respectful, and productive experience for all members, please follow these guidelines:

1. General Usage Guidelines

  • Check-in and check-out via the Studiyo App using OTP or QR Code.

     

  • Silence is mandatory. Take phone calls or group discussions outside the quiet zones.

     

  • Keep your desk tidy and return any shared resources (chargers, books) after use.

     

  • Food and beverages (except water) are only allowed in designated break areas.

     

  • Do not leave personal belongings unattended. Studiyo is not liable for any loss or theft.

     

2. Damage & Misuse Policy

  • Charges apply for intentional or negligent damage to property or equipment.

     

  • Vandalism or tampering with infrastructure will result in suspension and potential legal action.

     

  • Refundable security deposits (if applicable) may be adjusted in case of damages.

     

3. Unlimited Hours Usage Policy

  • Unlimited pass holders may access the library during all operational hours.

     

  • Unlimited hours ≠ reserved seats. You may study as long as you want but cannot block a seat if you’re absent.

     

  • Do not use personal items to reserve a seat. Unattended items may be cleared by staff.

     

  • Seat allocation is first-come, first-served. Studiyo may manage occupancy during peak hours.

     

4. Downtime & Maintenance Policy

  • Maintenance or unplanned downtimes will be communicated in advance when possible.

     

  • No compensation is provided for downtimes under 3 hours/day.

     

  • For closures exceeding 2 consecutive days, memberships will be extended proportionally.

     

5. Refund Policy

  • No refunds once the subscription has started.

     

  • Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergency) with valid proof.

     

  • No refunds for unused days or account inactivity.

     

6. Studiyo Content & IP Rights

  • All systems, apps, content, and branding are the intellectual property of Acadworks Innovation Labs LLP.

     

  • Reproduction or distribution of materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

     

7. Termination Clause

Studiyo reserves the right to terminate membership without refund in the following cases:

  • Violation of behavioral or community policies

     

  • Misuse of space or repeated user complaints

     

  • Unauthorized use of passes or sharing them with others

     

Voluntary cancellation by users will also not be refunded once billing has started.

8. Community Etiquette

  • Be respectful to staff and fellow members.

     

  • Avoid using items to reserve seats.

     

  • Help maintain a quiet, clean, and distraction-free environment for all.

     

💻 Digital Access Policy – Studiyo

At Studiyo, we offer digital learning tools including test series, e-books, courses, and study materials through our platform and student dashboard. Please review the following terms for digital access:

1. Access Timeline

  • Access is usually instant post-payment.

     

  • May take up to 24 hours in rare cases (e.g., system updates, manual verifications).

     

  • Access links or credentials will be sent to your email and/or Studiyo dashboard.

     

2. Access Validity

  • Each product (e.g., test series) comes with a defined validity (e.g., 3 or 6 months).

     

  • Access expires automatically after this period unless renewed.

     

  • No refunds once access is granted.

     

3. Usage Guidelines

  • Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

     

  • Sharing credentials or materials may result in account suspension or ban.

     

  • Downloading, recording, or distributing content without permission may lead to legal action.

     

4. Technical Support

If you face any issues with:

  • Accessing digital content

     

  • Logging in or using your dashboard

     

  • Errors in tests or materials

5. Updates & Enhancements

  • Digital content may be updated or improved during your access period (e.g., new mock tests, syllabus updates).

     

  • Significant updates will be communicated via email or dashboard.

     

6. Platform Availability

  • Best experience on Chrome or Safari (latest versions).

     

  • Ensure a stable internet connection.

     

  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance on the platform or via email.

     

7. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments

     

  • Technical failures that prevent access
